Widely acclaimed as a significant interpreter of piano repertoire from every age, French pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard enjoys an internationally celebrated career which transcends traditional boundaries. Aimard is particularly committed to contemporary music and his recital will include a work by György Kurtág. Works by Schumann and Book 2 of Debussy’s Preludes will also be featured on the program.
