Opening our 59th season, the Pacifica Quartet returns for 3 concerts, completing their performance of the cycle of all 16 Beethoven String Quartets. The Grammy award-winning Pacifica Quartet, named Ensemble of the Year by Musical America, is dedicated to performing cycles of various composers' works. Not only are these quartets masterpieces in their own right, but they also clearly outline the course of Beethoven's creative career.
